This week is a special week for the debut-album of Kane. "As Long As You Want This" is listed in the Dutch AlbumTop100 for 100 weeks now !! The album, released in week 4 of 2000, has dropped from this chart a few times, but always returned very strong. This week the album is listed on nr 38. "So Glad You Made It" is listed on nr 25 this week. |

| The various Kane sites already announched the show Kane will perform for the Dutch government on september 3rd. They will play at the "statenpassage", 13.30 hour. Tonight on MTV in MTV-Live there will be a registration of the SOS Save The Planet campaign, so it just could be that they will show us something about Kane too. (17.00-18.30) |

Already on the website Kane.nl and also mailed to me by Steef (thanks a lot), Kane has indeed cancelled the show of last friday in Johannesburg because of sickness of Dinand. Fortunately he's already feeling better, and he has travelled to L.A. to mix the next single, Hold On To The World overthere. Next wednesday Kane will traval to Spain to shoot the video for this single. | |||||||||

| Nothing heard yet from South-Africa, but the sites The Kane planet en Kane 2002 tell us that an article in the "Haagse Courant" said that the show of Kane was cancelled last friday. Dinand would be sick. I cannot find anything on the internet to confirm this yet, so we have to wait for further news. If anyone knows anything about it, please let me know !! | |||||||||

Unfortunately only the program of today is on their site, so it's not clear yet whether Kane will be broadcasted tomorrow.
